record cold and unusual warmth

While Washington state and Australia has been experiencing record cold, one area of South America has been having warmth well above one hundred degrees, about a little more than a month before the start of summer and it's been above one hundred for well, a long time.

I have a vision of this week, most likely on Thursday: "The truth about happens on Thursday, March 21, 2019, will be unveiled to the world news, and the news will report on it using a negative connotation. Violence will ensue Friday night, exactly two days after the start of astronomical spring.
