Do you wonder what our children are going to do?

What's this? Ever wonder? I sure did lots of times! I'm not a maniac or anything like that, but after struggling, I became aversive and I downright suffer on a daily basis because of it. Aversive to technology and many things in general, because I know that they can be a cause for bad stuff too: Electronics and electricity and all of that entire jazz festival of advancements are perhaps better than coal and oil, as well as nuclear, but I'm not satisfied even with green energy. We need something even better, something that doesn't have with it the potential for misuse. The production of Electric cars, for example, is more or less equal to gas and/or diesel, because to produce an electric car actually can produce a great amount of Carbon. I digressed slightly, I get it. But even solar energy is not the answer. What is it? Ever wonder? Yeah there's also fusion, which is the Sun's method of producing energy. Because as you might realize, it's energy itself that's problematic: relying on it for too much entertainment, such as downloading too many apps on a phone or computer that might make you want to use up more battery power, seems to make one more dependent. But let me tell you: once the power is gone, it's like your life is becoming lost. World leaders such as Putin, the current president of Russia, have the power to influence electronics right at home, at least in populated areas: simply create an enormous disturbance, or bubble, that can be composed of electromagnetic energy, and in the meantime ships (for example) can be diverted off course, and this phenomenon can be used to not allow anyone to know Putin's exact location. Okay now as North Korea supposedly has had the power to knockout the entire American electric grid from space using an electromagnetic pulse. The way I look at it, we just so happen to live in a time where power sources such as electricity and nuclear are benefitting us, but see it's more or less a very risky game trying to use up such rich energy sources, either we benefit greatly or devastating effects can be unleashed.
Honestly, I often have wondered, do we really need any power sources in this world at all, especially with such necessity, because there's always potential for devastating effects, such as the ongoing production of war materials and resources. In the past, work was difficult, there's no doubt about it. Unfortunately, with modern society making stuff ever easier for many of us, if technology could be taken away from us, then we might not even survive because of how difficult things would become, albeit perhaps those of us who are more or less of a genius and know how to accurately rebuild the infrastructure.
Anyway, I can't quite explain my idea to the fullest, but nonetheless, it's looking bleak the way we're going.
