The coldest area of North America will be the midwest!

The Midwest will, for a short time, become the coldest part of North America, and nearly the coldest area on Earth, besides Siberia, & maybe Scandinavia, as well as Greenland; that is, as long as you don't consider very high elevations. The coldest of the cold is to settle in areas about 70 miles further south than my location. Afterwards, the temperature is supposed to rise more than 45 degrees Fahrenheit within 48 hours; reminds me of the Chinook winds, except that there are no mountains nearby! Makes me wonder if any frost quakes and various problems might occur in the next few days!
