Reduced congnitive performance caused by warm spells

I’ve been long fascinated by this, but haven’t thought much about it, and have also wondered what unknown effects the cold has on us...and if this could effect the performance of people during their determination of climate conclusions. I once spent ample time in some very cold conditions, but haven’t been able to come to any conclusions regarding those the cold of those times...
